OUR FIRST PROJECT
FOR SATURDAY 26 JANUARY 2019
1.Compressed batting ( used bonded curtain lining, which has an interling, which acts very well as batting.
2. Fabric - Duchess satin, or 100% quilting fabric, or any firm fabric. All plain colours.
3. Hand sewing thread to sew up the sides of the cover.
4. Embroidery machine embroidery thread in colours of your choice.
5. Voile for stabiliser - available from curtain suppliers - I have used white as have used a very pale
cream fabric. Voile is opaque and plain. This is not organza.

Hoop 5 x 7 I used the `140 x 140 on my mc15000
With regard to the tissue box - I have purchased a Morrison tissue box, which is the same size as a Kleenex box. The top is 120mm square,The sides are 125mm high.
Adjustments have had to be made slightly to the design, as USA sizes are slightly different to ours. So we will give you one design to work with.
I am really pleased with the way it has stitched out - it looks very pretty.
Of course you could stitch out in one colour with a really strong background colour - just to be whacky.
